People’s Emergency Briefing + Discussion 12A

Part of Planting Seeds
Ben Carey and Henrik Delehag, UK, 2026, 50m.

The UK faces a growing climate and nature emergency. Yet most people have never been fully briefed on what it means for our lives, our economy, and our future. The People's Emergency Briefing sets out the risks facing the nation - and the credible, positive responses available. Hosted by Chris Packham and featuring footage from last November’s National Emergency Briefing- which brought together leading UK experts in climate science, food security, health, economics, national security and nature- the film is an urgent call for united action.

Following the 50-minute film, join climate advocacy organization EcoDocs in a facilitated group discussion about how the issues raised impact our local and national community. Hosted by workshop facilitator and documentary filmmaker Solveig Herzum, with local climate advocate guests to be announced. Screening as part of The Great Big Green Week.

This screening is taking place in the Atrium Bar.

Tickets are Pay What You Can. We have an allocation of subsidised free tickets for each screening- please email info@thegardencinema.co.uk to enquire about booking a free ticket.

Please arrive promptly - we do not show adverts.
