Where can I park?

There is an NCP within 200 metres.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

If you call the box office at least 24 hours before the screening time on your ticket, we can offer a refund or exchange on your ticket.

Can I take a baby into the screening?

Babies are very welcome at The Garden Cinema, though we ask you to kindly step outside of the auditorium with your baby should they become unsettled.

What time does your box office open?

Our box office telephone line is open from 12:00 till 18:00. Tickets can be booked over the box office counter from 12:00 until the last screening of the day starts, (typically around 20:30).

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes. Please speak to our box office staff to find out more.

Do you accept American Express?

Yes.

Do you have an ATM nearby?

There is an ATM within 200 metres, though note that we run cash free and accept card only.

Do you accept CEA cards?

Yes.

Do you have a cloakroom or somewhere to leave luggage?

Unfortunately not.

Do you allocate seats?

Yes.

What time will my film actually start?

The film will start 20 minutes after the time on your ticket, with a short film playing before.

Do you offer group booking discount?

No.

Are you participating in ‘Meerkat Movies’?
