Celebrating the art of film since 2022

The Garden Cinema – on the edge of Covent Garden, London – screens curated film seasons alongside selected new releases from around the world.
With three screens, (40, 60 and 70 seats) and two spacious art deco bar areas, we’re a destination for film lovers.

We regularly host post-screening discussions with filmmakers and those offering unique insights into the subject matters of the films – many of which have been recorded.

We also organize regular events and workshops in our bar areas, often in collaboration with our members via our online Members’ Area. Our membership is intended for anyone sincerely interested in film, priced at just £25 a year (including free fortnightly screenings and much more).

Our bars offer a range of drinks and snacks, chosen carefully to minimize crunches, smells and rustles! Our intimate alcove seating areas are perfect for couples and small groups, whilst our ‘atrium bar’ offers a unique open space to meet fellow cinephiles, host premieres or participate in our seasonal film quiz!

We believe that films are best enjoyed collectively, and it is with this spirit that we welcome you to The Garden Cinema.

Follow us on facebook, twitter and Instagram, and get our weekly newsletter.
