Colin Farrell and Jamie Foxx star as vice squad partners Sonny Crockett and Ricardo Tubbs, undercover agents infiltrating an international drug trafficking ring. Crockett’s torrid romance with a cartel financier played by Gong Li puts the entire operation in jeopardy.
