This screening is to pay tribute to the Tibetan filmmaker Pema Tseden who sadly passed away on 8 May 2023, and will be introduced by Tony Rayns.
This is part of the exhibition initiative, Chinese Cinema Project, which showcases works from emerging and under-represented Chinese filmmakers via regular screenings, including new and classic, feature and shorts.
