Led by our very own Raffaele Gabrielli (garptwo), this animation workshop will teach you the basics of creating stop-motion animation, simply using plasticine and copious amounts of imagination. Unleash your creativity, or, if you feel like you may need a bit more help, trust Raffaele to find it within you!
After creating your own short animation, sink into our comfy chairs and let the work of the master, Hayao Miyazaki, wash over you with his latest Studio Ghibli creation: The Boy and the Heron.
Important info:
- There are just 10 tickets available to members for just £15 each, which provide access to the 14:30 workshop, as well as the 16:45 subtitled screening of The Boy and the Heron. There is no need to book a separate ticket for the film screening - we will reserve a seat for you.
- You will need to bring your own smartphone (or tablet, if you have one) with access to the free Stop Motion Studio app, to take part in the workshop.
- The BBFC rating for The Boy and the Heron is 12A, please keep this in mind when booking.
